-We have a CO2 monitor so we can ensure
that there is adequate fresh air.

-Students who have any signs of illness,
should stay home.

-If you have a cough for any reason,
you must wear a mask.


-We have TWELVE hand sanitizer spray bottles available
around the training areas.
Use it before and after handling equipment, or working on defense techniques where there is any hand contact.

-If you need a mask, we have Free disposable
ones available in adult and child sizes.
